I’ve already got a website, why would I switch to another one?

Why is there a monthly fee attached to this site?

Depending on the package you choose, the low monthly fee includes secure Vortex hosting, Vortex CMS (content management system) and the option for Vortex CRM (customer relationship Management) and Vortex SEO (search engine optimization) systems. If you consider the combination of your existing monthly fees for just hosting and e-newsletter services (approximately $30 - $40 month), the features outlined in these packages are an exceptional value. With a WebKit Package, the cost per visitor to your website is typically less than 5 cents! If your website generates only 1 extra sale per month you’re ahead.

Additionally, If you currently rely on a programmer or designer to make your site edits, you’re not only at the mercy of their schedule, but the charges absorbed for even a small amount of work don’t come close to the savings offered with a low monthly fee. With a WebKit package you get unlimited site updates.

What kind of customer support is included?

Getting started on a new venture can have its challenges, so customer support is an anticipated and expected part of the process. Easy support access is available through the Vortex CMS dashboard, either by phone or online. Take the time you need to get familiar with your new website and rest assured that the support you need will always be available.

How long does it take to get my site live?

Once account arrangements have been finalized, we’ll start working on getting your site live right away. Currently we are working to coincide the launch of the WebKits Program with the October 1st launch of the new winexpert.com website. Transferring your domain and customizing the template of choice will take approximately 2-3 weeks.

How is my current site content transferred?

Any content that you would like migrated over to your new site will be transferred during the template customization and is included in the package price.

The templates are great, but what if I want a custom-designed site?

No problem - we’ll design one to suit your tastes. Custom sites are an additional $995 to the package price.
